Uzair is a governance and risk specialist with nearly a decade of experience in risk consulting, ICFR, and regulatory compliance across the financial and public sectors. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant and has led major advisory and transformation engagements for banks and government entities across Pakistan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Falconry Solutions, Uzair was with PwC, where he played a key role in delivering high-impact solutions in finance transformation, audit readiness, and control environments. At Falconry, he leads GRC platform delivery across the financial sector, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution to drive regulatory alignment and operational excellence.
